The challenge
CS&Co is New Zealand’s leading multi-brand distributor of the world’s most sought-after cosmetics, fragrances, skincare and haircare brands.
We were approached to provide trade customers with an unrivalled one-stop-shop for purchasing their beauty solutions.
What we did
We created an ecommerce site using the Adobe Commerce platform and B2B modules to provide an easy-to-use online ordering system. This allows customers to log in using their business credentials, browse product categories and place bulk orders through a streamlined check-out process.
The web store is integrated with their ERP system to ensure customer sales data and stock handling are in real time for greater efficiencies; streamlining the wholesale purchasing process, reducing administration and speeding up order processing times.
We added a built-in promotions engine allowing CS&Co to run sales promotions directly to their B2B customer database.
The results
The site provides a superb customer experience with users quickly seeing the benefit of placing their orders online. Within the first year, there was an uptake on trade sales and this continues to grow.
